CriticalThe staff is wonderful and tries hard but are not equipped to deal with really sick people. I informed the people who interviewed me of my husband's progressive illness and the course it would take. They knew their staff of CNAs couldn't handle his needs, or they should have. It was a nightmare. He died after moving to hospice respite care. At least he died peacefully.

PositiveThe location is very beautiful. It's very close to the water and there's water views from certain parts of the building. We had toured another benchmark community and like that as well, but primarily the location was what sold us. But in general, the offer offerings in both assisted living in Memory Care. We felt were exceptional and perhaps it's because we didn't even know that this existed outside of a nursing home setting. I will also say that everyone is very nice. PositiveMP is a very nice place to visit and to live. The apartments are a perfect size to take care of all your living needs. Very clean and welcoming. The spaces outside of your apartment offers so much for the renters to experience. Also the spaces they have for the families to come and visit and enjoy family gatherings with their family member is amazing.
★★★★★
PositiveI find the staff very friendly and welcoming. Although the resident I am related to doesn't take enough advantage of the activities offered, I think the activities are very well chosen and planned. The number and variety of activities are especially impressive. I find the facility clean and well maintained inside and outside. I find the meals well prepared and presented. Overall I appreciate the location, maintenance, and operation of The Village at Mariner's Point.
★★★★★
PositiveWhile it needs some decorative updating such as new art , photos, furniture , it is bright , clean and cheerful. Everyone is very friendly . We were told the new furniture will be here by summer. , the administrative staff is efficient and engaging. It is a pleasant welcoming place to live!!

PositiveVillage at Mariner’s Point is a wonderful establishment. I Helped move a longtime friend into Mariner’s a few months ago and she is loving it. She is in the Memory Care unit and I have to say the staff takes wonderful care of residents. The activity director [name removed] is wonderful. Everyone I have met when I visit are always helpful. I would highly recommend for your loved ones.
