About The Village at Redlands

The Village at Redlands offers more than just a retirement community. We have a complete selection of cottage homes, apartment homes, and services & activities that focus on maintaining your independence. At the same time, we listen carefully to your personal needs, preferences and requests, to help provide the services you may want. We have both one and two bedroom apartments ranging from 632sqft to 1144 sqft complete with full kitchens and private patios. We also have two cottages range from 1300sqft to 1500sqft. These units a spacious homes with two car garages, high ceilings, open concept floor plans and small yards. There is no buy-in required and the month-to-month fee includes all the comforts of home. We also provide weekly transportation to shopping and a robust activities program. Our monthly activities calendar offers a full selection of activities from exercise classes to quilting, coffees, educational seminars, service unities, games and special outings. We work with a reputable local Care Agency to help provide our residents with care services in their own home. Should the time come when you desire additional assistance, you can easily access the support you need without needing to move. Professional care givers provide tailored services to meet your individual needs. So regardless of whether you live in an apartment or cottage, the care and health services can come to you, a concept known as “Aging in Place”. Those who are interested in becoming residents of the Village at Redlands are encouraged to fill out and submit an Application for Residency form. Applicants are placed on a wait list if there are currently no vacancies in the type of housing they prefer. The Village at Redlands is designed to serve the needs of the elderly, 62 years of age or older in an environment, which promotes the privacy, dignity, independence and choices of all residents.
