Critical[name removed] was very nice and courteous. She showed me many different rooms and options. The place is very formal, more like a hotel than a place to live, but the rooms are a nice size with great accommodations. The price I was originally given was wrong and they tack on additional charges as the person staying and living there needs more help.

The Villas are very clean including the apartment. Staff has been very helpful to our friend. They seem to work well with us. They went above and beyond to help our friend adjust. He has been there for over a month and seems to be Liking it overall.

Residents were involved in various activities in the late morning visit the Staff were all courteous and engaging. Private rooms were also beautiful, but a bit tight, space and storage wise.

There are some very good things: Nurses are excellent, medication management program is excellent, front desk people are great, some of the nurses aids are great. Beautiful common areas, they have a nice apartment, they offer activities, they have a small theatre with a schedule of movies. The food is good to average.
