Overall a Great & Safe Community! - just be patient through first three weeks of acclimation.

Getting situated in the 1st three weeks was tough. But now she has " gotten" into THEIR rhythm and their care is probably the best it's ever going to be anywhere. Oh the facility , food, and staff are top notch. As probably all have a problem with is the Shortage of enough staff. Constant turnover. Seniors get attached. When Mom entered Greenfield, we were very happy with her adjustment, the friendliness of the staff, and the care she received. However, many things were lacking as we have seen since Inspirit bought the facility and it became The Warren.One of us is there almost every day so we have a pretty good perspective on how things go on a regular basis. Our mom continues to be very happy there.

Heavy Involvement of Family Necessary

My mother was a resident at the facility for short-time beginning in August 2023. Staffing shortages were almost a constant issue. Family members of residents held multiple meetings with administration to discuss quality of food served, staff shortage, cleanliness of facility and cleanliness of resident's rooms. Employee turnover in the positions of Executive Director, Medication Aide and LPN were frequent.
