Everyone is extremely polite they don't gossip and the staff is dignified. You are always looking for a way to engage the residents in happy meaningful activity. You don't seem to be short of staff. The staff seems interested in the conversations with the community and are very careful that stay on top of the conversation and discussion of the issues that are important to their wellbeing ..the staff is very well trained and are always looking for solutions for their staff and client issues.

Senior Companion

[name removed] and staff are very friendly and energetic. She makes sure that the clients are productive. We have so much fun in the different activities. Dancing singing you name it we do it all. I would recommend this center to all friends with family members needing care.

Good community for seniors

The Waterford is a good and friendly community my aunt loves living here and enjoys the interaction with the other residents and staff. The staff treats her like family. She enjoys getting out and the activities She was so glad we found a place where she could take her dog with her.

For the past two years my brother has been well cared for at The Waterford Finding this facility was a true blessing! Staff is caring and efficient. The small size ensures requests and needs are met. Rooms are shared spaces are clean and welcoming. Our family is very thankful for all the Waterford team does for our brother!

As a friend and hearing things AL my entire life, I wanted to shout out The Waterford for providing such a wonderful community and family feel. My friend is very happy and feels right at home. I'm so impressed
