PositiveThe Waterford at Westover Hills seems to be a quality facility. The layouts of their rooms are more spacious and apartment like than others we have seen. They also have lots of activities for the residents and in-house church services. The facility seemed very well maintained and clean.

An amazing facility at Waterford at Westover Hill for memory care. My grandma is well taken care of & we do not have to worry about anything. I’m so grateful for amazing staff & a clean facility for our grandma.

CriticalMemory care are not looked after at all.
During the virtual tour we were assured the windows in memory care could not be open all the way. Found out that was not true. The care is not what we were told. My sister has had male residents in her room as she sleeps and crawled in bed with her. Nothing has been done.
