The Waterford at Westover Hills seems to be a quality facility. The layouts of their rooms are more spacious and apartment like than others we have seen. They also have lots of activities for the residents and in-house church services. The facility seemed very well maintained and clean.

Wonderful staff & experience for our loved one

An amazing facility at Waterford at Westover Hill for memory care. My grandma is well taken care of & we do not have to worry about anything. I’m so grateful for amazing staff & a clean facility for our grandma.

Memory care are not looked after at all.

During the virtual tour we were assured the windows in memory care could not be open all the way. Found out that was not true. The care is not what we were told. My sister has had male residents in her room as she sleeps and crawled in bed with her. Nothing has been done.

For clarification, the windows in our memory care neighborhood are equipped with safety stops and open only a few inches as part of our secured environment. We verified this immediately after seeing the review and confirmed everything is functioning properly. Regarding the situation mentioned about another resident, that matter was addressed promptly at the time it occurred. Appropriate steps were taken in accordance with our safety protocols, and we worked directly with the family involved. Because of privacy regulations, we cannot discuss individual circumstances in a public forum. However, we are always available to speak privately to address any remaining questions or concerns. Our goal is and always has been to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every resident in our care. Please feel free to contact our community directly so we can talk further.
