Overall: below satisfactory. Upper management is terrible. Wait staff is very good. Medical staff is good. Cleaning of apartment is non-existent. Quiet. Food is terrible. Way too far to services: restaurants, shopping, medical. My apartment is very good, but cleaning service is non-existent. Medical staff is responsive but you need to pay close attention! . Care & Service is excellent!

I toured the community looking for my husband. From the initial visit to the community to the move in process Big Sky really went above and beyond my expectations. This was a very hard decision for me to make, and they were there for me through every step. The level of care & service from staff is why I decided to make the move. The heart they have for the residents is magical. I would highly encourage anyone looking to make a stop by to see what they offer. It feels like home.

Bad place

Not a good place. Poor leadership. Terrible food, lots of turnover with aides. Nursing is poor, LPN in charge very lazy, no CNA's for aides, no training for assisting elderly on a transfer. Save your loved ones. Go somewhere else for care. Thanks

HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE PLACE! We have had a horrible experience with a loved one being in this place - do not put your loved ones under their roof.

They are very caring toward the residents and try and do anything to make them comfortable and happy. It's a beautiful facility.

No contact?

I contacted this facility after my dad had surgery, he had viewed it previously and really liked it. I spoke with a knowledgeable young man but was never able to contact the administrators. Still hadn't heard anything after a week although I left my contact info. I was given the name and no. of a person in Billings ([Removed]) Neither my dad nor I felt comfortable with this and decided on the Springs. Very disappointed!!!
