Wonderful helpful attendents. Pleasant surroundings that are clean. At breakfast we always are greeted by Charmaine Anderson. She is the fun person who helps with games and music.

I would rate them all but the food. Only because I did not ever taste the food and she didn't say anything about it. I do have to say the staff was one of the very best!!!!! They were just always there for my mom. If she was having a bit of depression like when she found out she had cancer, two of the workers sat with her and hugged her and cried with her until she could pull herself back together. They are just so caring to all of the residents.

Many staff have left, costs of being a resident there are outrageous. Rent goes up by obnoxious amounts yearly. However staff are nice and caring.

Lovely Facility

Our group entertains the residents periodically. We have observed how kind and considerate the staff is to the residents. In addition, they go the extra mile for entertainers to assure we have help with any requests, so we, in turn, can provide an experience that is fun and interactive for the residents. Our families experience

Sometimes we had issues receiving paid for services even after bringing them times their attention (e.g.: assisted showers). Many times when I visited, the bathroom was unkempt. There was one bad apple kept me from a higher score. My loved one chose not to participate in the activities. I would maybe, but I feel the entire industry has some work to do. They seem to be always understaffed. Or the staff is under trained.
