PositiveLiving at The Waters is working out well for me in many ways, and, the staff and organizational because I feel this is my home. The Waters staff is excellent, caring and supportive of its priorities. Their commitment to residents is exemplary. They serve a very wide variety of residents very well, adapting what they can. AND, this is community is very diverse (I'm learning). When my specific needs cannot be accommodated, I must, with family help, find my own answers. Everyone here supports me with this. I wish e…

PositiveI've been here a little over a year I have not ever experienced such a wonderful time living in a independent complex. Staff is wonderful they're very accommodating to anything you need. The food is great different menu every week you can eat in the café or the dining room there is a $[removed] food plan in addition to your rent that you start each month and it goes down as you eat but you do get a 10% discount on every meal so it is a savings. We have a theater they show movies four nights a week we have exercise …

This is an in going issue for the elderly that have to move into assisted living centers. Every staff worker at The Waters of Oak Creek, has made not only my mother but our entire …

PositiveThe staff in memory care is wonderful. I was not as impressed when Dad was in assisted living. It was great he stayed in the same apartment, but among other things there were staffing changes going on at the time we were moving Dad to assisted living and I had to follow up a lot or I felt he would have fallen through the cracks. My dad has lived at The Waters for about a year and we are on our 3rd medical director. I am hopeful the new one will stay. The director of the facility is friendly, but I feel he delegates…
