It was a pleasure sharing my family’s Holocaust survival story at The Willows. The Engagement Director was very easy to work with, from planning to event set up to checking in with me to be sure I had whatever I needed. She engaged with the residents in a warm and friendly way, which helped set the atmosphere for meaningful event. The tech support person was amazingly helpful.

We made a great choice for our family.

My mother appreciates the library and book club, topics club, etc. The resident garden club has multiple rose and flower beds on the property and a lovely plant/flower room on the fourth floor. There is also an active cooking club. There is also a woodworking shop for residents. Of course, there are also exercise classes at multiple levels. The Willows does not have a pool or bowling alley: we did not care about that, but some families might. This is a place of smart, professional adults who want to be intellectual…

Fantastic experience spanning 2 generations in my family!

I highly recommend The Willows of Westborough! My grandmother lived there for over 10 yrs and loved it, and because of that immensely positive experience, my Dad has opted to move to The Willows. When my Dad and I toured The Willows, it was quite noticeable how friendly and welcoming the residents and staff were. It was easy to ask questions and get helpful answers. This place is great!! They treat their employees well and the food is quite nice. The managers are so sweet and understand. They genuinely care for their employees and are so friendly. They make sure everyone feels safe!

Happy Dad is at the Willows

My Dad has been a resident of Willows at Westborough for 4 years. He is very happy at The Willows. He is comfortable there and has made friends. My sister and I also feel good that he is able to be independent yet has access to services if needed.

This community was great they just were only assisted living and we needed independent living. my loved one was just not at this point yet. The tours were great my loved one was just not at that point yet.
