It's such a difficult decision to make and go thru. You always want the best for your loved one. It just takes time and communication to understand what happens in a place like this. It is taking time but I think right now we are okay with the facility. We chose them because That's the closest facility to [Name Removed] that had an opening. We had hoped to keep her here. My mom has lived here for 2 years and I had my fair share of complaints but [Name Removed],the director at the time would always try to fix issues and listen to me and the caregivers concerns.Day or night she was amazing giving it 100%. Staff are very friendly and seem to truly care about the residents and their well being. There are many activities that my family member participates in regularly (morning exercise, afternoon crafts, weekly church service viewing). The initial move in process was a bit chaotic, but after a few months my family member, and I, are learning the routine. I would recommend the facility to others.
