PositiveThe workers are very friendly and engaged with the residents. They are well-trained. Also, there is a nurse in the facility, so any medical needs can be very quickly assessed. The environment is clean and well-organized. The floorplan is deliberately designed to minimize stress for the residents. Plus it is much more escape- proof than [community name removed].

They're also very interested in interacting with the families, and they welcome the families to come visit. If they have any staff shortages, the administrators will even fill in. They have great communication with emails and phone calls. And the food is quite good.

She has a private room and bath and it is plenty of space for what she needs. They have a wide variety of activities provided for memory care. PositiveThis is a wonderful facility that honestly looks like a 5 star ski lodge. The atmosphere is very light, airy, and has a great vibe. There are a lot of activities such as a pool with exercises, a gym, arts/crafts, concerts, dances, and speakers who come in. There is just so much going on and people moving about when you walk in to the facility. What I really like is that there is a café, barber, and a small general store in-house!
