PositiveWe have been disappointed about several things that have developed. The bus providing transportation for residents has been broken for 2 weeks. The food is awful most of the time. It is overcooked or cold. The staff is nice but the food and transportation to be provided was presented to be a selling point for facility. I have instructed my friend to complete review cards for the dining and submit them to the staff. We are hopeful these issues can be resolved or at least greatly improved.
