I only lived in Independent Living so I had very little contact with staff members. The activities were mediocre, our room size was good in a villa, the dining options were limited, and the food was fair.

The facility was very clean and up to date. Everyone I met was very friendly and answered all my questions plus took me on a tour. It seemed like a very active community and everyone seemed happy.

An amazing facility with such caring staff!

It was a short but very good experience at Traditions, especially the Nursing Staff and Director of Nursing! The Director is really involved with residents and directly helped me with my aunt several times with nursing issues. Afterwards, she continued to check on my aunt and her condition. She showed a deep and sincere care for both of us. Also, when my hospice company wasn't working out, she guided me through the steps to switch to another hospice organization late in the evening. Traditions at North Willow review

Traditions at North Willow is a beautiful facility; well maintained and staffed with friendly caring people. What sets it apart from others like it is an outstanding activities director and program. The only category I did not rate as a '5' was food. When I eat with my mother, I typically find the food rather bland, however, I have noted recent improvements. The lack of seasoning is not an issue for my mother. She is pleased with the food and eats well.

An Incredibly Special Place

Our experience with Traditions at North Willow was wonderful. What we liked most about the community was the residents, the staff and the activities. We would recommend them to other families based on the experience we had.

I can’t say enough positive things about Traditions. They were professional and so caring. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, get my aunt involved, etc. When they noticed we were having having troubles with our hospice care, the Traditions staff and Dir of Nursing stepped in to care for my aunt and the Dir of Nursing helped me switch hospice providers.
