Based on my family's experience, Traditions Sherman felt more like an independent senior living community than an assisted living facility. We experienced repeated communication failures, including not being notified when my mother was hospitalized, and a lack of updates during critical changes in her condition, which lead to her passing away after only being at this facility for two weeks, which was after already being released from a rehab facility two weeks prior. They really do a fantastic job for my dad who has dementia and is on hospice. I would write every one of those as a 5. It's a great place and I'm so glad to have found it for my dad.
