Trustwell Living at Hunters Crossing Place Assisted Living

I had the pleasure of meeting with the Marketing Director — [name removed] —this past week, and he was beyond helpful!! Not only did he take hours out of his day to address my questions, but he also brought a refreshing energy that you can’t always find in the retirement world.

[name removed] was great, answered all of my questions. I was impressed with the facility and amenities. Everyone I met both staff and residents were very welcoming. I liked the smaller size compared to some other comparable communities.

We had a tour of the facility either [name removed]. He is very passionate about caring for his clients and knowledgeable about the facility and the services they offer. [name removed] gave my dad an evaluation to determine the level of care he would need. She was patient while pur conversation tooka few unexpected turns when my dad was reminiscing about his life. Great place

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. The building is clean and safe. Prime location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this facility to a family for their loved one.

It’s homely and the staffs are warm and very friendly . The place is clean and presentable when you enter. The pts are entertained with different activities through out the day. They have a outdoor area that the pts can sit and interact with others.
