Trustwell Living at Mansfield Place

I came in unannounced and the staff was so welcoming and inviting. I took a tour of the community and they made me feel at ease and gave me so much helpful information I would not have even known to ask about. I know that this is the place for my parents. It was so cozy and comforting. It felt the most like coming home to visit than the other cold facility type places. Thank you

The staff was very warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They do so much to invite the families in with the residents of the community. Like family night! I never thought I’d be ok putting my family in an assisted living because they feel like a locked sterile place with too many rooms. The community is clean and feels more like a warm, welcoming home environment versus facility feel. This feels like a true extension of your own family home than any of the others out there.

Incredible staff and facilities

My aunt was here for about a year-and-a-half and was treated with the highest level of dignity and respect. The last couple of months have been especially difficult as her Alzheimer's had gotten significantly worse, but the staff used this opportunity to show an even greater amount of love and care for her. When she passed last week, it seemed that there were staff members and other residents sitting with her anytime that family members couldn't be there. Took a bit for everyone to get onboard but doing very well
