Mom's care team has been great. The nurses are engaged with her and they reach out to me if needed. The head of nursing recognized that Mom would benefit from receiving hospice care and initiated the process for Care360 Hospice to provide additional support. The weekend receptionist, [name removed], has been very helpful as we adjust to this new environment for Mom, and head of maintenance [name removed] was great to work with when we moved furniture to the facility. The staff is well trained and most are very experienced. They are compassionate and respectful but the place may be a little under staffed at times. We experienced a couple of problems but they were resolved through communication. The food is very good and the food service is good. The staff helps those residents that need help feeding themselves. The facility is kept very clean and security is top notch. The administration is very communicative with the family.

My mother was only there for 61 days. The staff was great and tried to make her feel welcomed. In her mind she never belong there and pushed them along with her family away. I am truly grateful for everything that they did and tried to do. Another comment would be that the staff is great to work with. They truly care about the residents and the needs of the resident along with the families. The process would have been harder to deal with if it were not all of them caring so much.
