Wonderful Experience

My mom did not participate much in activities, though she did enjoy going to hear the musicians that came in. My main feedback relates to how friendly and helpful the administration and staff were. I was under a lot of stress and time pressure to find a place for my mom, and the administrators were incredibly helpful. The admissions person met with me quickly and helped things move forward as soon as possible, accommodating our situation. Best place for my Mom

My Mom lived at Trustwell for 7 years post her mild stroke. Her room was perfect for her and right next to the main activity room. We were able to decorate it and arrange her furniture perfectly. The facility was recently remodeled. It is lovely and has a very homey feel. Staff was responsive when I asked them to look in on my Mom and help her as needed. The Activities Director keeps the residents busy and engaged in fun activities. Musicians frequently entertain too.

Great place!

The staff is very kind and caring. The activities director is super, every day there is a fun activity. The kitchen staff are so nice and accommodating to special diets and requests. The staff communicates with family so well, meds are never late.
