PositiveThe front desk of our assisted living community has been such a rewarding experience. Every day brings new opportunities to connect with residents, families, and staff. One of the most memorable moments for us was helping a new resident settle in on her first day. She was nervous about leaving her home, but after greeting her with a warm smile and giving her a tour, she started to feel comfortable. By the end of the week, she was waving to us every morning and calling us by name.
