Everything is a 5 However, I would prefer to have a person at the front desk everyday, not just Monday through Friday. They are on call on weekends but I would prefer having someone there on Saturdays and Sundays too. Everything else is fine and my mom is happy there. Her room and bathroom is perfect size and I would recommend Trustwell Living to other families.

Sometime picking up bathroom waste is slow and piles up. Over all this is the Best place in Houma,La. My parents are enjoying being there. They are always happy to adjust and help the residents. You just have to ask for what you need or want.

Trustwell Living at Terrebonne Place is a small facility with a maximum of 48 residents. Most are self-sufficient and only needing light assistance, but my loved one has a higher level of care need. The cost is reasonable for the nice apartment, but the services provided could be better for the price. The apartment has a small refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, and several nice kitchen cabinets. There are no desk workers on Saturdays and Sundays. There could be more activities other than Bingo for my mother to do. However, my mother does like being there and she does not complain about the food. It seems to be very clean too. I like the location in Houma and the people that work there are very nice.

PositiveOverall a lovely place
Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is small but she is getting used to that. The food is good, although she wishes they would cook more traditional south Louisiana style. But she's not complaining too much about it. My mom is kinda anti social so she has not joined in with the activities. Although we have sat in the activity room and played a few games and it's a nice open room with view to the courtyard. And it's very clean!
