I saw residents at dinner & walking the halls with family. One lady told me she was very happy she made the decision to move there. It is a very large place with many sitting areas. It was not the right fit for our needs.

The Executive Director is from the corporate office, very knowledgeable very helpful very fun. She gets things done. Whenever we have issues, we feel that she has been responsive and gets a resolution. It's important to manage expectations for the resident. It is an assisted living, not a nursing home.
