We picked them because of the newness of facilities, a large facility that therefore could support a lot of activities, short driving distance from my house(15 minutes), immediate room availability, and professionalism of the staff (equal to the best I had seen other places).

PositiveOur Family Experience
We are very impressed with Tudor Oaks. The only thing....my dad was in rehab there for 6 weeks. I wasn't really happy with his day to day care while in rehab. He was in AL and now memory care in which we are very very pleased

CriticalThe staff were ok, but not the nicest. Admin/Management were not good at all. Our Mother was placed in a higher needs wing and was singled out as a "problem" to the point we needed to move her to a new facility which tested her into a lower needs wing and who supported her with a much kinder approach. I would never refer anyone to Tudor Oaks as our Mother's time there was completely an unpleasant experience for both she our family.
