From the moment we entered Tuscan Gardens and said hello to [name removed] at the reception desk, we knew this was a warm and welcoming community.  [name removed] is there to assist anyway needed. We were then excited to meet with [name removed], the Community Relations Director who answered all of our questions. I can't say enough about the staff they treat you like your family the higher the management the more personal service you would never expect it. They literally are outstanding. I can't imagine a better place.

A great choice!

Almost everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and helpful with the exception of the Director of Health Services whom I have found to be quite difficult. The facility itself resembles a beautiful hotel. The apartments are spacious and are kept very clean by the daily housekeeping. They offer lots of activities for the residents who always seem happy to be there and, as a bonus, they make really fabulous parties throughout the year!

Kind and caring staff in memory care

What we like the most about Tuscan Gardens is that the staff was caring and prioritized safety. I love the staff member in memory care named [name removed]. She was so kind to my mom and yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Phenomenal facility!!

Their attention to detail. I can see that all the residents are well taken care of by their staff, and each one pays close attention to everyone's needs. If I've ever needed anything, all I need to do is express it and it's done with a smile and proficiency. I can't say enough good things about Tuscan Gardens and their entire staff. Knowing that my mom is well taken care of, and above all safe, gives me peace of mind
