Each category gets a 5! It is a family run facility and all decisions are made locally, you don't have to wait for clearance from corporate. Apartment sizes are about 1,000 square feet. 3 meals served a day.

They were so kind and considerate to my mom. She became ill quickly after she arrived there and they accommodated all of her needs. Her apartment was very comfortable and roomy. I just want to emphasize that the women who worked there were amazing. Including the kitchen workers - the cooks and servers were all so very kind and thoughtful. A+

We toured Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe when searching for an Assisted Living facility for my mother. This facility was very clean. Everyone was nice and very friendly. We had a great tour, great facility!

What we really like about Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe is that we can call anytime and get ahold of a charge nurse. It had been a great experience so far.

This was a good community. However, they weren't able to provide accommodations for my loved one's dietary restrictions.

Warm and Accepting Place To Be

The community was very welcoming, the staff did a good job at helping people get connected. The staff was very kind, knew everyone by name. Overall this community was a good experience for my loved and I. The communication with the staff was good, they were responsive, if I asked questions or had concerns they addressed those right away.
