The best Memory care in Austin!!

University Village Memory Care is truly the best memory care community. The staff—especially [names removed] and the caregivers—are some of the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met. They are incredibly patient with my mom and took the time to truly get to know her as a person, not just a resident. I live far south and drive over an hour to visit, and I do so with complete peace of mind knowing my mom is genuinely well cared for. She is safe, supported, and—most importantly—actually enjoying her time …

The facility very cruelly forced all of its residents to move out after my mother had finally settled in to become happy in her home there. Very, very cruel!

Great for residents confined to wheel chairs.

The care was very good. The staff was caring. It was not a great fit for my mom because most of the folks at the facility were in wheelchairs and there were limited places to walk. Plus, the facility is locked down all the time. I would recommend it for someone who is wheelchair bound and maybe close to needing memory care support. It was a great facility.

I would highly recommend University Village. My Mom received excellent care there. The entire team were all kind, patient and supportive of her and me. Good activities, good food, kind staff, she was well cared for.

Exceptional

[name removed] and her team are truly exceptional. Their kindness, empathy, and compassion are unmatched. They show incredible patience with my mom's temperament and have quickly built a strong relationship with my dad, who is now moving in as well. The staff is friendly and takes the time to engage, not only building meaningful relationships with my parents but also with me. I highly recommend their services.

Cozy, friendly facility

Overall I am extremely happy with University Village. They really do seem to care for my mom and her well being. They are always friendly and I've never had any problems getting ahold of them. I would recommend them highly... it is a smaller facility and that has been good for my mom so she doesn't get lost in the shuffle so to speak.
