Villas include many of the same features as the single-family homes, but have a shared wall on one or either side. The single-story, paired villas range in size from 1,668 to 1,681 square feet and include an extended 8-foot privacy wall beside the covered lanai. Garden villas, arranged in a row of four single-story homes, are available in two-bedroom designs and range in size from 1,448 to 1,602 square feet. The two to three-bedroom, single-family homes in Venetian Falls are ranch style, and come in a range of sizes from 1,730 to 2,165 square feet. Each home features a kitchen nook and separate dining room, a den, an attached two-car garage, a covered lanai, and other desirable options.
