Positive[name removed] was fantastic he really sold us on the Veranda Club, and rightfully so he made the process seamless. and [name removed] was absolutely fantastic. Her warm and outgoing personality really sold us also and the fact is the entire and I mean entire staff is really terrific, they are kind and empathetic and cheerful and always want to please the residence, you must really treat them well because they are happy employees and it is very evident. My mother-in-law is very very happy there.
