Via Esmeralda’s mission is to enable residents to maintain their autonomy and dignity while still having access to the support they need. Via Esmeralda is an age 60+ residential care community with private and shared studio rooms, with options for wheelchair access. At Via Esmeralda, residents are encouraged to remain true to themselves as individuals. Family members are invited to visit often, and community members are free to pursue their interests and passions. Residents are offered meals, entertainment, and activities, as well as light assistance with activities of daily living. Housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services are provided. The community offers cozy shared spaces, including a central dining area, a living room with specialized reclining chairs and a large television, and a spacious backyard. The community’s attentive care professionals are trained in memory care and offer gentle redirection, in addition to safe and meaningful activities. Via Esmeralda also provides short-term respite care. The home is secured with emergency systems and wandering prevention to ensure the residents’ safety. PositiveEsmeralda is great. All 5s! Esmeralda has been so helpful in getting my mother settled in. She even took care of having her prescriptions transferred to a local pharmacy. I love that she only has four patients and includes them as part of her own family.

PositiveMet [name removed] and toured home. Single bed private room avail. 2 other residents, ages 80 & 86, there for 3 and 4 years, 1 male and 1 female (Alz). [name removed]and her daughter (nurse) live there and her grandson helps with care also. She does all the cooking, meals, outside kitchen and table also. Cost $5000/mo includes room, meals, laundry, housecleaning, personal care. None of the caregivers or residents are vaccinated. Positive[Name removed] was welcoming and spent a good hour with me discussing my father's developing dementia issues. The house is a little dark but was very festive in decoration for Christmas. Her grandson was there and I met a couple of patients. The home is nicely laid out with a great backyard for residents to spend time.

They are very caring and gentle with the residents, and were great with my Dad, who was there due to stage 4 cancer and Alzheimer's. I felt comfortable leaving him there in their care.
