VibraLife review

I would recommend VibraLife to those who are searching for an assisted living place for a family member. They were very accommodating and very caring. They listened to our needs for our family member. Our father is being taken care of. We no longer have to worry about him. The staff are very supportive. We enjoy visiting and seeing how they interact with all the residents.

My review of Vibralife

This community was horrible with my loved one. She was given the wrong medicine and I did not know until 5 hours after it happen. She was injured in her arm also, It was not a good experience. When she broke her right hip in their care she went to the hospital and was told to be taken off of oxy and she was still given it for another two months after. This community was so dirty also.

Poor planning but they filled a bed

This place had an open bed for my Grandfather who was ready to leave the hospital. They did not give him his prescribed medicine after he moved in and sent him to the hospital a few hours later. This was after making him spend the night in a wheelchair by the nurses station because they did not have a plan for him for the night. This was complete lack of planning on their part. Perhaps, they are interested in filling beds and making money instead of what is best for the patient.

Great place for rehab

After reading the reviews. I did not Want to come here for rehab. But let me let me tell you. This facility doesn’t deserve those reviews. I have been here a week and this place is great. The staff is excellent . There is no waiting long for someone to answer your call. They constantly check on you. Ther are to help you with anything. And the food is very good. Rehab is Excellent. So if you are looking to go to a place for rehab this is it. Give them a chance . You won’t be sorry. Love this staff. Nurses, LPN, CNA…

Please, if you are considering this facility as a temporary or permanent home for your loved one, this is NOT where you will find quality, continuity of care, timely call bell responses accurate and timely medication or caring staff. As our recent experience with our loved one almost ended in tragedy. Our loved one is now in a safe and caring environment with sensitive staff. A disaster facility

This facility is poorly run, poorly staffed and neglects the residents who are designated in the rehab section of the facility. I would never endorse this facility for any person. Your loved one will be hurt and his/her needs will not be satisfactorily met.
