You can find staff easy, they were always around to help . Always interacting with the residents. Genuinely care. When my dad was acting out with his dementia, I was there , and they treated the situation calmly, and caring. Very professional.very well trained. As he was passing away, all staff came in one by one to say their goodbyes. And told us stories about him. They truly liked my Dad. The new rehab was very helpful and communicated with family often. The day to day varies drastically depending on how many and who is working. Some think they are doing you a favor and have a major attitude. Others are extremely helpful and caring.

Vibrant Life 1. Overall experience. 3-in the beginning, there were challenges getting everything squared away with his medications. The clinical coordinator was helpful in working together to get a process in place when new/short term medications are needed. Overall the cna's and nurses were always nice, but cna's changed almost weekly and always short staffed. I would tell others to visit it (or any facility ) a cpl times before making a decision, make unannounced visits so you can fully see the on goings, spend at least half hour or more and really ask questions, maybe talk to residents.
