PositiveAll 5's across the board. My parents have had some issues with the food and would probably put a 4 for food. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The residents have been great as well.

CriticalThe business office was rude and does not communicate clearly or kindly. The receipts don't make sense. Still trying to understand where money was applied. Some people who work there lack customer service skills, basic ones. Other than that, nice place. However, don't be fooled about promises for a wait list preference. Most everyone is great, but those who are not make for a bad and expensive experience. Look past the hype

PositiveSome things are a little clunky and they have experienced some staff changes in the dining room so the menu and quality of the meals has changed some, but overall my mom is happy. Everyone is very friendly too

PositiveVilla de San Antonio has a very friendly and positive culture, both residents and staff. They also do a great job with the food - the quality and variety are very good. I regularly eat with my dad when I visit, and I enjoy the food. Overall, the place is run very well. There have been a few issues, such as their internet service being down for over 2 months, and some room cleanings being skipped, but those have been addressed and overall it has been a great experience.
Response from the communityThank you for sharing your kind comments through a review. We are thrilled that we are a happy home for your dad!
