Disappointed overall

Some standout caregivers prevent the score from being a 1 but bad facility, low quality food, poor management of residents, lack of activities, not enough staff Would not recommend VT to anyone

What a fabulous community! It's less than 2 years old and is immaculate. I am looking for a memory care facility for my mother who is 86. I've been going around to the other facilities and this is by far the best with amazing pricing. My sister is going to schedule a tour and we'll be securing a unit then.

The staff at Villa Toscana is so good and caring. There is plenty of light, a great view of the western hills. My husband seems to feel at home there. I realize the challenges of hiring this kind of staff, but I always leave the facility wishing I had seen at least one more staff person on duty. The wonderful activity director seems to have too many responsibilities.

Great care / staff

Have a loved one that resides there. Great staff - very attentive, and caring. The community is clean. They have activities to keep the residents entertained. My loved one enjoys the special music.

Someone whom I met through Avenidas showed me numerous memory care facilities from Redwood City to MV. I had almost decided on one for my loved one before we toured VT, the last place..The decision was made! Villa Toscana is clean,new, corridors are well lighted, inviting for walks, the dining area is bright with a lovely view of the hills. Very nice facility with good staff. Since they are just starting they are still ramping up services and staff. But overall good.
