We found the staff to be very kind but felt they were understaffed. My mom was moved there at the beginning of [date removed]; she did not transition well. She escaped the gates facility within the first week and crossed a busy street where she went to a home. The residents of that home called 911. Within the first 10 days mom sustained a fractured back for which we didn't know the cause. The administrator of the facility left three months after I put my dad there and I have never spoken to the new administrator as of yet.
