I would rate Village Manor a 5. My Mom received excellent care from the staff and enjoyed the weekly music events. They worked to comply with her eating preferences. Her room was cleaned and laundry done in a timely fashion. I really liked the prompt response to my questions and concerns.

My mom-in-law is thriving in her wonderful community! The owners & staff are the most genuine, compassionate, and go above, and beyond. They have taken the time with her to understand her, and encourage her to speak more. She had a stroke several years ago and struggles to communicate. Residents have told me she is doing much better saying their names, reading back Bingo numbers, expressing wants.
