I love living at the Villas of Kettering! I downsized from a home into this 55+ apartment community 5 months ago and am so grateful to be here. It has been such a relief to no longer have home maintenance projects or emergencies, grass to cut, snow to shovel, or trash to drag to the curbside. The maintenance crew is amazing, respectful, and quick to respond to requests and the front office staff are professional, friendly, and wonderful to work with. Forever Home

They say there’s no place like home and I found my home here at the Villas of Kettering. Since I retired and downsized, my 2 bedroom duplex is just the right size for me. It has LVP flooring, carpeted bedrooms and all new appliances that include both a washer and dryer in my unit. I have a nice backyard and a detached garage too. What I like most about living here is that everything is clean and well-maintained. Whenever I call the office, the staff is always friendly and professional, and the maintenance team resp…

Nice neighborhood quiet safe to walk

I move in by the end of 2019. New year the staff still work on that day to help me with the curtain I live there more than 3 years I love this place. I move out last year because I went to visit my family and have to stay long for a year .I am going back to leave there again when they are available .. it's so nice and clean the neighbors are so nice and quiet

Great 55+ community

I enjoy living at the Villas of Kettering. I moved into one of their houses after moving my mother into an apartment. The Staff is wonderful and maintenance is fast, knowledgeable, and accurate. I found this place for my mother, and it has been a wonderful experience. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my mother to live.
