CriticalFelt the facility in general was a little on the older side and not very updated. No dinner, no hurricane evacuation plan, no in house generator and the guests have to do they own laundry. Not impressed.

PositiveI would recommend Ville St. Marie to others
We like the freedom and the ability to socialize with people her own age it gives my mother-in-law. She has choices of food for breakfast and lunch. She gets her hair cut and styled and her nails manicured at the beauty salon in sight. She plays bjngo every Tuesday and Thursday. We still take her to her doctor appointments and visit her at least 3 times a week and we can see that she is much happier there. She is much more active and blooming like a lovely flower. She always has something to look forward to at Vill…

My only complaint is that the rooms have their own Entergy account which is confusing and just seems unnecessary. Staff if all very kind, thoughtful. The housekeeping in the room. Could have been better. Just not good on details. Food was always plentiful and good. Nice variety. Front desk staff was good.
