Without your help we would not have been put into the contact with the memory care facility we chose. This was an emergency, and everyone came through for us. Staff is friendly; site is clean; and my uncle is working out there. We like his room, and it is decorated nicely with things from his home.

There is genuine kindness and respect for all the residents by all the staff with whom I have come into contact. I visit my mother there usually about week at different times just keep an eye on things, and have never been disappointed. The residents come first at Vineyard Place. I have recommended it to several people.

I would not recommend this memory care facility to anyone. During our experience, the residents room was consistently not kept clean, despite ongoing concerns being raised. Basic housekeeping standards were not met, which is especially troubling in a memory care environment where residents depend entirely on staff for their well-being. The level of care provided was also very inadequate. Communication was poor, staff to residents ratio was well below what was needed and it often felt like residents were not recei…

The daily activities as well as the larger, monthly events are probably the things that stand out the most. They have events that families come to attend and they do a really good job with those and have a large amount of families who participate. The caretaker and med tech staff are also always willing to answer questions and help out with things. They know the residents well and know what's going on with them. Also, I would say the front desk staff is very friendly and caring.
