★★★★★
Positive5 on all. What we liked the most about the community is that their staff were exceptional. My Dad was not a good fit with other residents. He said they didn't talk much and just didn't seem too with it.
★★★★★
PositiveI will say 4 overall because I have seen both my mother and sister experience. The location is idle for me to visit daily. This allows me to see all aspects. The facility is very attractive. Prices are competitive but more attention to residents such as bed making etc. add to the monthly fee. Each additional care adds to the cost. Meals are good and enough. Events are nice with variety.
★★★★★
PositiveI would rate the above 5. The staff is wonderful but my Dad is not happy there and we are in the process of moving him to Celebration Villa in Lewisburg.
★★★★★
PositiveOverall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have been kind to my father. There is not a license clinicians after hours. Which limits some options. When I evaluated Vintage Knolls, they had explain they could do level of care one through five. Administration ,at least initially did not accept the no escalation of care, even though it was clearly written on the intake forms.

CriticalMy mother was there for 9 days. Not a good experience I found her sitting in a room w window open and 50 degrees. Shirt soaked through w slobbery. They didnt give her Parkinson's meds for the first 7 days even though they asked us to bring them in. Biggest thing she fell on day two if the month suffered 2 neck fractures. Not one person called to see how she made out. They wanted their money for the month though. They made out on that deal. Would not recommend.
★★★★★
CriticalWould highly recommend to a loved one in need of low to mid level range of care. Though they accept those needing a high level of care, which is the case with my dad, his hygiene needs are not always being met to my satisfaction.
