Facility and staff are great. Only issue is that maintenance requests often take longer than I would like. Personally think there should be an additional maintenance person as the two maintenance men, who are very good at their jobs, are stretched really thin.

5 for all responses. We continue to recommend Vitalia to anyone who asks for recommendations. Quality of the food at Vitalia was excellent. The ability to eat meals without a scheduled time + the huge menu to choose what she wanted was wonderful. Her previous only allowed 8-12-5 times plus had to eat what was served, no selection. The cost between the 2 residences was about the same!

When it comes to the care givers, little is done to check on residents in the Villas. With the meals and dining services, it is difficult for Villa residents to enter, lack of parking, convenient access. Little is done to engage residents in the Villas. Major issues with facilities. Continuous large spread Flooding in garage due to improper grading of driveway/ lawn, water in living room due to pooling water/overflow of gutters. Window with no screen and broken seal took months to fix. Things were not constructed …
