PositivePeace of mind
Overall, we have been very pleased with the facility. The care staff and med techs are phenomenal. They are very sweet, genuinely caring, and seem to truly care about the residents. The food is really good, with two lunch specials and two dinner specials each day. There is also an everyday menu with plenty of additional options if you don’t want one of the specials. So the staff and CARE are attentive and the activities and food are over the top. They're great cleanliness you know it's OK. The room is the largest that I have found so far for the most reasonable price.

CriticalWould not recommend to anybody
I can tell you that I would not referee that place to any body. The admin is not helpful at all they left our husband and father there I had cameras in his room in a 12 hour span no one looked in his room. They forgot to take him down for dinner and the other time was breakfast. I had someone come 3hours a week or more to check on him He was three months and I took him out.

Our experience varied over the 6 1/2 years there. Early on it was a 5. After Covid, it was a 2-3, mostly due to staffing issues, kitchen changes, and rising costs. The food was definitely a strength. But after covid, it went way downhill.

I have not needed any Care Services, and have not participated yet in any Activities. Once I am settled in, I will become more active. The biggest plus with Vitality Living Baypoint Village is the staff. Within days of my arrival, most of them knew my name. They are all so friendly and ready to help you in any way possible.
