★★★★★
PositiveVitality, St Matthews, as an awesome and varied activity program. If someone wants to have exercise, art, singing, or entertaining group activities, such as crosswords, jigsaw puzzles, bingo, or other family oriented activities, they are abundant. There are weekly shopping trips available for those who are in need of purchasing goods nearby. Highly qualified ortho and physical. Therapist are available in-house as well as qualified nursing.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff makes the place. Kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The food, however, makes it difficult to enjoy life here. Meal combinations that make no sense and inconsistent preparation makes most meals a real guessing game.
★★★★★
PositiveGood place to live. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Great residents
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff is top notch. Very responsive and kind. Activities Director and her calendar is perfect. Something for all. The food is not great. Odd food pairings, nothing is consistent. The place needs new carpeting and new washer and dryers.
★★★★★
PositiveThe manager and the salesperson were great. They patiently dealt with the deluge of questions from the family. Also, it was clear they both had true, caring relationships with the residents. Add that to how nice the facility is, and it made for a great experience. [name removed], the placement coordinator we worked with from A Place for Mom was fantastic too.
★★★★★
PositiveVitality provided a consistent place for my mom to receive her medications and community. My mom thrived from 11 am to 8 pm. She went to sleep fulfilled with accomplishments. At home alone she was scared and hopeless. The most negative thing at Vitality was when the lied about services, food or information. If you don't know then say so because lying always makes you look worse.
