Wonderful Process and A Great Fit for Mom.

[name removed] listened well and provided several options for me to explore. She provided checklists that helped a lot while touring facilities, enabling me to ask pertinent questions. Viva is a perfect fit for my mom. The Director,[name removed]is wonderful to work with. My mother is enjoying having access to on-site PT and OT. And she loves all of the activities. My mother is happier than she's been in a long while.

Viva Senior Living is more expensive than many places that we looked at but the patient's comfort and care were the primary concern of everyone there.

Not recommended

I was a resident at this facility and my experience was terrible. My first night here, I went to find the tech and was told that he was in the Memory Care unit and that he could not be reached. I was extremely upset because part of my meds was pain management. I asked another Aide and was told that was not true; she called him and he was there in 5 minutes. Apparently, the first aide was reported to the supervisor. The food was substandard and very badly cooked. I lost 10 pounds will I was here. The portions were s…

Best fit for my mom

We chose this place for my mom because it is very close to where we live and we can visit a lot. They seem to provide the most value for the price, there are nicer places but they were a lot more expensive. I toured four other homes before deciding on this one for my mom.
