★★★★★
PositiveThe staff seems very concerned about the clients in the home. I have heard no complaints about the food service and I've eaten there several times. They actively take clients out of the home for daytime event, i.e. Ice cream, dinners, and restaurants.
★★★★★
PositiveWell the food people with special needs need to be paid attention to some nurses are not so pleasant.
★★★★★
CriticalThere is a new Executive Director who I applaud for her efforts to try to turn things around. It sounds like she was left with many challenges when the previous director was let go. She knows there is some dead weight and has already let some people go. She meets with me when I need to report issues, rolls up her sleeves to help with care when needed, and has a pleasant demeanor. The Activities Director is very friendly, energetic, keeps me informed, and answers my questions. The salesperson has also been very help…
★★★★★
CriticalI would say it's very nice and the staff is friendly and caring. I would recommend to others.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was exceptionally attentive and caring, providing my mother with excellent care throughout her stay. The facility was always clean, and she had a very nice room where she was comfortable and well looked after.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was amazing from the beginning. I chose Viva because my mom was very social and she lived all the activities. Her room was a perfect size and her triple closet was perfect for storing her Christmas tree, clothes and extra toiletries. I looked at 4 other places but none impressed me as the perfect fit for my mom. I think Viva is a top notch personal care facility with amazing staff who treated my mom and me like she was part of their family.
