The staff was very nice and welcoming. They would update me on her eating conditions and if she was awake more than asleep. The room was pretty clean for the most part. There was occasional wrappers on the floor and it was sticky from spills etc... The room size was perfect for her. She was not mobile so everything was done in her bed, eating, sponge baths etc.

Have visit this community off and on since Springtime [date removed], with various friends and associates that had taken up residence here. My review is that it has gone way down hill in maintenance, staffing, and overall vibe. It once was a vibrate community that you could tell the staff enjoyed being there; now it is a "dark", weird, unfriendly place that people are just clocking in to get paid. My friend recently told me they would be leaving they were so unhappy with care. And prices have risen from their ini…

Excellent care!

For all eight, I would rate them a five! I would say there needs to be a little bit of tightening up on the cleanliness of the private room for the resident. There were times where my mother's floor was sticky with straw, wrappers, and food on the floor. Overall, the facility is very nice, friendly, and the staff was amazing! I would highly recommend it to family and friends. Overall, I am very thankful for the caregivers, management and all the staff that helped my mom's experience be loving and safe.

Great place to live

My dad lived at Viva Senior living. He loved it there. He made friends and the staff were like family. The care and love we received as the family when my dad passed was so heart warming. I highly recommend Viva.

It's small enough. To really get to know staff. I would recommend to others. We picked them because it is 11 miles from my home and I liked the staff.
