CriticalDo not do business with Bobby Sharifan, the owner of Vividus Senior Living. My mom died in his Laguna Niguel Home. We took out all of her belongings. The medical bed from Medicare was left in the room. I asked Bobby about the refund for the prepaid remainder of the month. He said the check was in the mail. So, I felt assured we would receive the $6,000 that was owed us, as stated in his contract. Instead, Bobby did not mention the bed to us. He kept it until April 2nd. PositiveMy mother lived at this RCFE, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience our family had. The staff and care team were truly amazing — kind, attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure residents felt comfortable and cared for. A special thank you to Bobby, the administrator, who is incredibly experienced, professional, and compassionate. From the very beginning, he made our family feel supported and reassured during a difficult time. His dedication and genuine …

I know that they are feeding her well and the quality of food is good, they go to Costco and get all fresh foods. PositiveThis property was nice it was in line with a lot of the others we had toured. This community seemed to offer more than some of the other group homes we were looking at. The staff was very nice and kind you could tell they have been doing this awhile very professional. The community was clean and well maintained.

PositiveI was very impressed with the owner's initial assessment and interaction with my mom. I visited the facility and met a very attentive, caring, loving and knowledgeable team. The facility was extremely clean and tidy. Most importantly, this is the first time that my mother has moved without any complaint or difficulties. She looks much better, eats better and loves her new home. Sunshine Care has been a great change for my mother and I.
