They're very nice and helpful and held the room my dad liked until we could get him moved there. The room is a good size and the place is clean and orderly. My dad seems to really enjoy the food they serve. The best part of the whole place is that I feel safe having him there and he feels safe living there. He calls it his home now. I trust them to take good care of him and they do.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5! You helped us find y place for our Mom, a little over a year later she was gone. But Waneka Park really helped improve her quality of life in her last year. Now, it is a place for Dad, alone, but he is doing well there. The staff are really amazing and make all the difference. Thank you for helping us in a very difficult season of our lives!

This assisted living home is an utter chaos and the people living there are suffering. The executive Director is a monster. She ran off the old executive Director and propped herself up for the position. She ran off the chef who really cared about the people. The next chef left after working two days because she is such a monster. The food is in chaos and the people hate it. She ran off the medical Director who was working hard and doing a good job. The community is very comfortable, and homey feeling. It was the community I liked the best and the cost was more affordable than others. They were always very kind to our family. The room sizes were pretty good and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this community
