Review for Wellington Manor Assisted Living

There was a small maintenance issue that lasted 2 weeks, but not anything major. Also, my father had a seizure and no one called my sister to let her know and she found out 5 hours later when she went to pick him up for a doctor appointment. The director explained the protocol to my sister and the nurse that should have called her. All was fine and we are very happy with them, just a couple of hiccups. Above and Beyond Compassion and Care

My mom went from resident, through hospice at Wellington. Through the entire healthcare system including three area hospitals, and three rehab skilled nursing facilities, Wellington provided not only the best care but also the nursing staff provided the most useful medical advice! What got my mom through rehab working so hard was the promise to return to Wellington. She was so relived when she made it back. The staff are fantastic! Loving, caring, answering questions about anything that I may not understand! Very friendly anytime I have been there to visit my aunt! Have only great things to say about this facility! They all do a top notch job! Grateful my aunt is there!

Highly recommend

All are 5. They take great care of her and she loves it there. The staff really loves them. They have activities that keep them busy. My mom loves the meals and the rooms are good sizes. Mom has a full bed, love seat, 2 end tables, a chest of drawers and still has plenty of room to move around. My brother and I are so happy with the care mom receives there and are so glad we chose Wellington Manor in Newport TN for her.

We toured assisted living homes in three states before choosing Wellington Manor. It felt like divine providence to find a good quality facility with memory care so close to us and at a price we could afford. We liked the small size and the focus on faith. The staff is dedicated and the residents are so sweet. We have gotten to know many of the other residents. Mom has all she needs to enjoy her life there, surrounded by friends.
