My daughter and I were given a very thorough tour of the Westbrook facility! We enjoyed seeing it and meeting some of the staff. Everyone seemed friendly and enthusiastic!! Thanks so much!! I may not be able to live there due to the cost.

Memory Care Unit is Wonderful!

Knowing that you can no longer care for your loved one is a difficult pill to swallow, but having to find a place for them to live, out of your own home, is a daunting task. When my mom was moved to the memory care unit at Westbrook, it was a blessing in disguise! Mom was welcomed by the staff and residents alike, and [name removed], the unit manager, was always attentive and proactive to Mom's (and my) needs. I had a great experience and was very impressed with the tour. [Name Removed] was very thorough. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to maybe have a few residents that could have been introduced to my dad. But after the tour I actually cancelled all other appointments I had with other communities. We are very excited to come to move my dad to Westbrook!

A good place for mom

Everyone was kind, the room was wonderful. Rather, the apartment was wonderful. And I truly appreciated [name removed] patience, as I tried to navigate my mother on and off decision to move in. If I have to do it again, I will go there.
