PositiveI was visiting with my sister to see if she would like the place. I found the place very nice I liked it it's secluded off of a main road nestled in among the trees. Everybody was nice and friendly. At the time they were remodeling but you couldn't even tell things telling us that found it to be very nice just wish my sister would have taken the place but it was very nice.

PositiveThe staff is excellent. The rooms, carpet, dining area, patio and all interior and some exterior need renovated. We loved the staff and residents. We loved the one floor apartments. But they all need new carpet and paint. I feel that would go along way.

CriticalMy mother is not happy there and she is trying to get evicted. I called the other day and asked for the director or the manager or whoever was in charge and the sweet little lady that answered the phone informed me that there was in fact no one in charge.. She told me that there is a new director in training. She wasn't sure of his name. So I'm quite concerned that I cannot speak with someone who is in charge of the facility. That's a huge concern.

CriticalTrying to communicate with administrators was terrible. They wouldn't return phone calls or emails. Every month I was disputing charges on our bill. The state was actively investigating when we left. My dad was struggling with losing some of his autonomy and one administrative nurse told him, "If you don't like the way we do things here, you can leave!" So, we did. Staff would sometimes enter my dad's room in the middle of the night, when there was no reason warranted. The residents collectively did not seem ver…

PositiveThey were extremely helpful when I needed to transition my mom quickly to assisted living. They regular staff got to know my mom and knew what was her normal and not, which was great. They had a lot of staff turnover which was a bit challenging for my mom. I had to move her to a memory/assisted care before she passed but they were doing a rate hike of $[removed]which seemed pretty steep.. It seemed all the residents and families were complaining about the food. There were some delays in delivering the food and th…

CriticalThis place I give a 0 on all subject. Due to lack of employees do not know what they are doing. Low staffing. Kitchen dining area lack of workers wait over an hour to be served. Food is either over cooked or uncooked. Areas not cleaned. Washer and dryers not working. The state and health department has been out there 6x since April. Place is non complaint on several issues of medication error. Lack of giving medications at right time.
Response from the communityWe take your comments seriously and are committed to providing quality care and services to our residents. We would welcome an opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have and hope you will contact our management team to further discuss.
